A slow, yet steady increase in weight over the past four years lead to several extra pounds on my 5’7’’ frame. At twenty-three years old, I was at an all time high in weight. This sedentary lifestyle I was living overshadowed the active life I was once accustomed to. I needed to lose the weight, but after countless failed diets, I began to accept my fate… That was until I was introduced to Julie. Her enthusiasm and dedication to my personal goals helped me jumpstart what is now the most successful lifestyle change I have ever had. Together, we set realistic weight loss goals and guidelines on how to achieve them. Not only did Julie educate me on my nutrition, she tracked each item I consumed on a daily basis. This tedious yet vital portion of our weight loss plan forced me to see and understand how diet is extremely important. Although my changed nutrition played a major role in my weight loss, it would not have been successful without the physical activity. I started training with Julie three days a week.
